Registration

Through booking your free ticket from the website and you will automatically receive confirmation to your email.

Exhibiting

Through filling the participation form on the website or contacting us through saleskot@sela.sa

No, however we will reserve the space for 2 days only until the payment is done.

To guarantee your space, make sure to process the payment and sign the participation form at the soonest.

Our security team will be available at the site 24/7 to ensure and guarantee the security of the exhibition and all stands. However, we advise you not to leave any personal/valuable items in the stand. 

Modular Design:
These stands feature architecture that will ‘stand out from the crowd’. Exhibitors can pick from a selection of stand designs and add additional stand furniture to make their own unique layout. 

Triangular Design:
Distinctive and unique design, available in three options, open from one side, two sides or three sides.

Yes. By designing your own stand, you will create a unique space in the exhibition that will reflect your brand perfectly.

Yes, if the space is available.  Then, you can either send an email with your request to saleskot@sela.sa or contact the sales representatives who booked the initial space.

Yes, kindly request the additional orders form and fill in your request

Conference

Kindly fill the conference form or book your free ticket from the website to attend the conference.

Cancellation

No cancellations are accepted if you fail to attend the event, therefore no refunds will be made.
